My 2nd day in New York started in the Central Park. I woke up early in the morning where the birds are most active. Seeing rare or interesting birds is a pure luck, and I was quite lucky today. Blue crowned night heron and great egret was at the pond located in the south. I walked around the pond several times for the best possible results. Let’s take a look.
I continued on towards the 65th Street, then I met Eli who resembled my dog. I had to take the photos. Deirdre, the owner, was cool and allowed me to take some photos.
Here are the rest of the photos from Central Park.
I also visited Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade Center. The cloud covering the top of the tower was simply gorgeous.
