Project Ariana is a concept design that allow gamers to experience total gaming immersion. Razer Chroma features active lighting effects during gaming sessions. Color changes throughout the game accordingly. For example, if the game environment is cold or cool, Chroma will detect the game environment and change to cooler color like blue.
Project Ariana takes this effect to the next level. Project Ariana uses high-definition video projector using an ultra-wide fish eye lens and advanced processing capabilities to extend the gaming experience into an entire room. It also features a pair of 3D depth sensor to automatically calibrate and detect environmental factors such as furnitures and room lighting, to provide the prefect display for any room.
I find Project Ariana a realistic future gaming technology that we might see before end of the decade. To make Project Ariana possible, strong projector is required. Considering 4K projector is still yet to be a consumer level, Razer may experience hiccups before Project Ariana becomes a reality.
